Job Description
As Legal Intern at Smaato Inc. in our San Francisco office, you will work in one of the fastest growing technology industries. As a leader in mobile advertising technology, Smaato is seeking a candidate with a strong legal background and interest in advertising technology, IT or mobile advertising who is interested in contributing to the Smaato Legal Department in a variety of areas. You are creative, self-driven, talented, collaborative and ready to contribute with initiatives that influence all aspects of our business. You will work in conjunction with Smaato’s Legal team and contribute to the Legal Department’s efforts in a variety of areas including commercial contracts review, researching numerous legal issues, intellectual property, and data protection matters. You will be expected to produce high-quality legal research and analysis work, proving that you have sound legal judgment, and can learn quickly while assisting the Legal team to support a rapidly growing and innovative business on a global scale.
