Wireless Plus is a Verizon Authorized Retailer operating retail locations across California. We're growing our small business sales function and looking for someone who can own SMB accounts start to finish: prospecting, closing, and growing a book of business selling Verizon wireless, business internet (FWA/Fios), and business solutions.
This is a quota-carrying role with uncapped commission and real earning upside for someone who likes to hunt.
What you'll do
Prospect and close small business accounts (wireless lines, devices, FWA/Fios internet, business solutions)
Own the full sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, close, onboarding
Grow and retain your book; drive upsell and add-a-line activity
Partner with our retail store teams to source and convert leads
Hit monthly activation and revenue targets; keep pipeline current in CRM
Represent the Verizon brand professionally in-market
What you bring
2+ years of B2B sales, telecom, or account management (Verizon/wireless a plus)
Proven track record of hitting quota and self-generating pipeline
Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
Comfortable working independently and traveling within your territory
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
Base salary: $70,000
On-target earnings: ~$120,000 with uncapped commission
