    The Store Manager will oversee an assigned location and must have a passion for technology and customer service. The Store Manager is responsible for executing personal sales, supporting the employees and ensuring goals for each store are attained and exceeded.

    To be successful in this position you’ll be required to stay up-to-date on the latest devices and technology and understand how to match customer needs and wants with solutions.

    Qualifications

    You must be self-motivated and results driven with a commitment to creating the best possible experience for our customers. You must have excellent sales skills and the ability to coach and develop others. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills. It’s important that you’re highly comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing, competitive environment.

    At least one year of management or supervisory experience

    Two years sales/customer service experience

    Commission sales experience is preferred

    Proven track record of leading a successful team

    Motivated to learn and able to think on your feet

    Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

    Must have reliable transportation

    Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required

    First year Store Managers at Sprint by S Wireless NW earn between $45-$55K with wage and commissions combined!
