    Position Overview

    As a Small Commercial Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of small commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll be the bridge between the field and project management, leading foremen and electricians, building strong client relationships, and driving Streib's values through your leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead small commercial electrical projects from planning through closeout
    • Manage on-site field teams, including electricians and foremen
    • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code standards
    • Coordinate scheduling, materials, and manpower to keep projects on track
    • Act as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
    • Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth on every job site
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to field team members
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
    • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or superintendent role
    • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
    • OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
    • Strong communication and team leadership skills
    • High-energy, organized, and solutions-driven with a positive mindset
    • Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites if needed

    Work Schedule

    ****Full-time, Monday–Friday
    Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project timelines
