POSITION SUMMARY

This position performs duties under the general direction of the Manager of Employment Services. This person Is the supervisor of Small Group Employment supervisors and associates, who are responsible for providing on-site employment training, follow-up services for persons with disabilities, and contract completion. This position collaborates with community stakeholders and businesses to develop opportunities, maintain contracts, and to educate the community in the capabilities and strengths of the people we serve. This position is responsible for building community and business partnerships to ensure a variety of participant opportunities, while maintaining employment services and training that align with participant strengths, interests, and abilities.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required, Associates or 60 credits preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Employment Services or similar field

Basic computer skills to access and produce reports and do research on jobs. Ability to create resumes. Must become a Certified Investigator for Incident Management.

Must pass all clearances Including Child Abuse, FBI, and Criminal Record Check. Must possess a valid PA Drivers License and have a reliable car to assist in transporting of individuals supported in our programs. Knowledge of Lebanon and surrounding business community.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety glasses, goggles, gloves, steel tipped shoes, hard hat, breathing mask

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work will be frequently conducted in an office and or light Industrial environment with a controlled atmosphere, Basic office fluorescent lighting Is the norm. Floors will vary from carpeting to tile and cement. Temperatures will vary depending on the location and type of each job supported In the community. Noise levels will also vary depending on the job location.
