Anytime Fitness Rock Hill South Cherry is a locally owned club where fitness is about more than workouts. It’s about community, support, and showing up for people. We’re hiring a Part-Time Personal Trainer to lead small group HIIT and strength-based sessions, with the opportunity to add 1:1 personal training as your schedule and client demand grow.
Your Role
You’ll help grow our training program by delivering high-energy coaching, building relationships, and creating a welcoming atmosphere where members want to come back. You’ll:
Lead Small Group Training (3–6 participants): Coach HIIT and strength sessions with clear structure, strong time management, and great energy.
1:1 Personal Training (Opportunity): Build a personal training client list as your schedule allows, while keeping small group training as the main focus.
Coach for All Levels: Provide form correction, modifications, and progressions so every member feels safe, supported, and challenged.
Create Community + Member Experience: Learn names, celebrate wins, and bring positive, inclusive vibes that make the club feel like home.
Sell Training + Grow the Program: Confidently recommend training options, convert interested members into clients, and help drive monthly training revenue goals.
Fitness Consultations: Conduct fitness consultations, including goal setting, body scan, fitness assessment, and training recommendations.
Keep the Space Member-Ready: Reset equipment, sanitize high-touch areas, and keep the club clean and welcoming before and after sessions.
Stay Aligned: Attend team meetings and communicate well with owners and staff.
What We’re Looking For
Must be 18+ years old
Certified & Current: Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA preferred)
Safety First: CPR, First Aid, and AED certified
Group Coaching Confidence: You can manage multiple clients at once and keep sessions organized, safe, and fun
Sales Experience (Required): You’re comfortable selling training and talking to members about goals, options, and next steps
Tech Comfortable: Willing to use apps and digital tools for scheduling, follow-ups, and basic tracking
Reliable Team Player: You show up on time, bring positive energy, and collaborate well in a small team environment
Flexible Schedule: Days, nights, and weekends as needed
Experience: 1+ year of personal training experience
