In this position, you are responsible for performing general building maintenance and apartment repairs through assigned work orders or at the direction of the property manager. Responsibilities: • Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests • Fix minor plumbing and electrical issues • Install and repair appliances • Repair general punch items • Clean and ensure apartment home will pass inspection for new move in • Exterior/Interior painting and caulking, and light drywall repair • Painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots Qualifications: • Light electrical experience 6 months+ • Basic plumbing experience 6 months+ • Ability to install appliances • Have a strong work ethic with reliability, dependability, and initiative • Enjoy working with others and maintaining friendly customer service • Own a set of basic hand tools • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
