    Job Description We are seeking a responsible and organized administrative assistant to handle administrative requests from managing 3 physical therapists in a strength and conditioning based clinical setting for 20 hours a week for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Applicant duties include providing support to management and employees, assisting in daily office needs and administrative activities. Administrative assistant responsibilities include handling call volume, scheduling appointments, assisting clients with basic inquiries, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using G suite, and other administrative programs. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Proprietary software training( PtEverywhere) will be provided to ensure a full understanding of our company process of client management and satisfaction assurance. Responsibilities Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet clients and office guests Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages Client scheduling and education using PtEverywhere Development of regularly scheduled reports Patient satisfaction and assistance with any problem solving with virtual scheduling and client portal management Monitor office space and supplies; order and re-stock as needed Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required Fast, proficient, and accurate typist Extensive knowledge of Google Suite and other administrative programs Outstanding communicator, both verbally and written Excellent customer service skills and follow up Self-starter who works well independently Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completion Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.) Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills Experience with file management Strong problem solver and analytical thinker Professional demeanor Nice To Have Interest and/or background in healthcare or fitness industry
