Job Description; The inside sales position is an amazing opportunity to join a flourishing organization, grow with the role and make an impact. The role is 100% phone based. The role requires you to be able to filter through prospects by qualifying them in order to generate qualified prospects. This is done by asking a few questions. From here, the call will be transferred to the team leader so he can close the deal. You will not have to manually dial phone numbers, you will be using a predictive dialer on the computer with a headset. What’s expected; • Positivity and determination • Ability to turn a “no” into a “yes” through consultative questioning and coping with rejection • Speaking clearly • Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team with goals of growth • Cold calling experience is a plus • Ability to focus • Ability and willingness to learn a new business model • Average 5 qualified leads per day Schedule; MON – THUR : 10 AM – 6 PM FRI : 10 AM – 5 PM SAT – SUN : CLOSED.
