Smart Charge America (SCA) is looking for an aspiring professional well versed to wear many different hats at once. We're a small scrappy start-up with 20 in-house employees servicing both the local Austin Area in addition to sEVeral EV friendly cities across the US. The position requires full responsibility of all company accounting, including Accounts Receivable, Payables, Billing, Invoicing, Vendor Relations & Payment Portal/Systems Managing, Compliance Reporting, Inventory Tracking, Pulling/Managing Electrical Permits & Coordinating Inspections across our servicing territories. There will also be some Coordination, Scheduling, Logistics Planning, Dispatching, Answering phones, Office Management, etc. as this position is a full-time salary position currently available inside our Headquarters in the Austin, TX area. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Google GSuite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this position.

• Construction or Electrical service experience
• Accounts Receivable/Payable Experience - QBO
• Billing & Invoicing - QBO
• Compliance Reporting
• Permit Pulling - Managing & Tracking
• Shipping and Tracking inventory and packages
• Inspection Coordination - Managing & Tracking
• Google Suites experience in Google Drive, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.
• Experience managing vendors, property management compliance systems, OEMs & other servicing companies
• Thrive on learning new things, embracing new technologies
• Ability to speak clearly and directly with customers
• Ability to handle volume of data entry from all 3 channels of business, residential, commercial and servicing
• Ability to Follow-up on all Internal & external Communications confirming to team tasks have been completed
• Ability to make service calls dispatches to our in-house electricians and contractor
• Ability to direct inbound leads to form submission
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Data entry of contact information into (CRM) contact management systems/software database
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the company pertaining to service calls & operations
• Any other task owner may see fit from time to time in order to generate rEVenue for the company
• Prefer experience in electric contractor service call dispatch sector and/or other related compliance, scheduling & logistics

JOB LOCATION: Austin, TX

EXPERIENCE/LEVEL: 2+ years of B2B and B2C servicing experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school or equivalent, college degree preferred

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year pending experience
