SCOPE
The Dallas Account Executive will be based in Dallas with a focus on the Dallas/Ft. Worth Markets. This person will be the face of Smart City in regards to leasing agents and property managers in order to develop professional relationships. Individual will be responsible for communicating with property's via email and in person in order to build rapport with leasing agents and managers when developing negotiated deal contracts.
Employee is permitted to utilize their personal devices for work purposes. iPhone preferred.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
*Overtime required as needed and approved.
