We are seeking an Estate Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Probate Court practice responsibilities include: Reading and interpreting Wills and trust instruments; prepare and file all documents required to probate wills; prepare receipt and release agreements, disclaimers, affidavits, accounting petitions; handle issuance and revocation of letters and other miscellaneous tasks. TRUST / ESTATE PARALEGAL The candidate will work with all aspects of probate, trust administration and help with estate litigation. Must have 3+ years of recent experience as a probate and trust administration paralegal. Working knowledge of state and local court rules is required. General familiarity with litigation and motions practice is needed. Should be reliable, highly organized, have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and be an excellent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information

• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• The candidate must possess excellent writing and research skills.
• The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience.
