SMART KIDS CDC IS LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED AND DEDICATED PRESCHOOL TEACHERS IN OUR CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATIONS!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in childcare, with knowledge of both child development and the use of developmental curriculum.
• Experience in a Licensed Child Care Center.
• Associates degree in Early Childhood Development or related field REQUIRED
• Must pass state of NC requirements: fingerprint and criminal background check, TB test, annual physical examination.
• Must have Pediatric First Aid and CPR Training and ITS/SIDS Training or obtain within 6 weeks of hire.
• Must have strong organizational skills and high motivation.
• Must have ability to relate well to parents, children, and staff.
• Must have flexibility in order to meet daily challenges of working in a childcare environment and to be available during varied work hours as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Interacting and supervising children
• Maintaining state regulations for licensing and sanitation
• Planning and implementing lesson plans

EXPERIENCE:

• Early Childhood Education: 2 years
