Job Description

We are seeking Entry Level, Customer Service & Sales Representatives Part Time or Full Time to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PRIOR QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Assist customers with RBO APP & 48 hour / 14 day programs
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is helpful but not necessary
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication skills is s plus
