    Who You’ll Work with:

     

    We are currently seeking a Director of Finance to join our PureRED Accounting and Finance team.  In this position, you will help drive overall business and customer profitability analysis, forecasting cycles, and contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly financial analyses of revenue, expenses, ROI, resource allocation and presentations for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership. You will actively collaborate with account teams, development and production to identify and share short and long-term opportunities for improved financial performance of customer accounts.  The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, good strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, exceptional numerical proficiency, and strong leadership skills. The noteworthy Finance Director should harmonize financial operations, develop effective financial strategies, guide efforts towards financial stability, monitor all financial activities, promote revenue growth, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and maintain good relationships with investors.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

     

    • Prepare timely financial reporting with analysis of actual performance, budgets and forecasts
    • Facilitate communication of client financial management with internal and external stakeholders
    • Lead financial reporting communication with clients’ finance teams
    • Partner with Mars teams including client services, accounting and human resources
    • Provide leadership with strategic thinking to influence financial and operational metrics
    • Responsible for accounting and financial forecasting process on assigned clients
    • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by SVP and CFO

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus
    • 7+ years of experience, proven experience in a similar position
    • Strong leadership and communication skills required
    • Board Room presence
    • Experience in multi-unit and/or agencies
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
    • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity
    • Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial close, reporting etc.)
    • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
    • Proficiency in accounting software, Sage experience desirable
    • Project management skills a plus
    • System implementation experience desirable
    • Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
