SmartFinancial is a leading insurance technology company working on building tools to make the insurance shopping process better, simpler and more effective. Our rapidly growing Costa Mesa, CA office is looking to hire an outstanding NATIONAL ACCOUNT ANALYST who will take a systematic, consistent and data driven approach to helping national advertiser accounts maximize their customer acquisition opportunity with SmartFinancial.

This is a high visibility role that will have the opportunity to work with the top brands in insurance, while growing into a senior role within a developing national accounts team.

The National Account Analyst will be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder, highly self-motivated, very detail oriented, while also having strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tools of the trade such as Microsoft Excel.

THE ROLE:

• Support national accounts through data compilation, analysis and presentation
• Create and update reporting for key advertiser accounts while adhering to specific deadlines
• Be fluent in all account KPI's and other relevant account and relationship details
• Work with the team to maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities
• Create win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectives
• Come prepared to every client engagement
• Has, or will gain, a strong understanding of the insurance business
• Establish a thorough understanding of the platforms and dashboards the team uses

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree
• 2+ year's experience in account management
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly reliable, consistent and detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups and advanced formulas)
