    Job Description

    Imagine running the entire alliance function across North America, for a San Francisco headquartered, globally operating tech unicorn. Sounds pretty sweet, right? Now imagine being able to do it from anywhere in the US, working fully remote, from one of our many offices, or some hybrid construction, anything you prefer.

    If you’ve read this far you’re probably thinking: “What would I be doing?”

    Your main focus will be on creating a culture of collaboration between our revenue teams and those of our partners, in order to increase our mutual brand equity, drive pipeline, improve win rates and, last but not least, maximize customer NPS and stickiness.

    In order to achieve this, you will act as an educator, facilitator, enabler and matchmaker. Connecting marketing, (pre)sales and customer success teams across our industry and lining them up for collaborative success.

    We partner with the hiring industry’s premier technology providers, from the hottest startups to established multi-billion dollar conglomerates and everything in between, so you’ll have a lot of potential to seize from the get-go. You’ll also be in a position to identify and add new partners to our industry-leading ecosystem.

    Some travel is involved, because we want you to represent our Alliances function at various industry and partner events, as well as meeting with the various teams you’ll be supporting once in a while.

    You’ll report to the Director Alliances but work closely with all of our North American revenue leaders and teams, as well as with our Partner Success team.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Senior understanding of Cloud and SaaS products

    • Senior understanding of marketing, (pre)sales and customer success

    • Experience with GTM technology is required

    • Experience managing partnerships is a plus

    • Understanding hiring processes is a plus

    • Experience with TA/HR technology is a plus
