    THIS IS A PROPOSAL POSITION (CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD). 

     

    SUMMARY:

    The Policy Compliance Manager ensures the compliance of all policies supporting the security of the U.S. government SWA network supporting the USFOR-A architecture. USFOR-A Policies include, but are not limited to, account requests, privileged user requests, Removable Media Write Access (REMWAR) requests, proxy exceptions, firewall exceptions, and STIG compliance of systems.

     

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Functions as the Alternate Information Assurance Manager (IAM) for the CJOA-A.
    • Provides guidance to the Authorizing Official (AO) and Information Assurance Program Manager (IAPM), and the Information Assurance Manager (IAM). Ensure all USFOR-A account and privilege requests/paperwork are processed in accordance with USFOR-A, CENTCOM, DISA, and CYBERCOM, and DOD policies.
    • Periodically (minimum once a month), reviews USFOR-A J62 ITSM and internal trackers for errors, and ensures they are corrected. All actions will be tracked using the ITSM ticketing system.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must maintain DOD 8570.1-M compliance for IAT Level III with a computing environment certificate focus on Windows administration.
    • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing IA compliance management
    • Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of cybersecurity management and technical experience with DOD networks.

     

    LOCATION: Afghanistan

     

    TRAVEL: 20% across various locations in Afghanistan

     

    CLEARANCE: Secret

  • Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's Degree and 3-10 years of experience. An Associate's and 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's or 6 additional years in lieu of a degree.
    • Experience with Windows OS.
    • DoD 8570 compliant (IAT Level 1).
    • Unix knowledge preferred.
