CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a full-time Testing Specialist for the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Health Agency (DHA). Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as a technical or functional expert and applies expert functional knowledge and experience to design and execute IT software tests and evaluating results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepares test strips and all required test documentation.
- Designs and prepares all needed test data.
- Analyzes internal security within systems.
- Reviews test results and evaluates for conformance to design.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in software testing and design, system hardware and software engineering.
- Provide technical/administrative direction for personal performing software development tasks.
- Ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and facilitate the translation of those requirements into the development cycle.
- Serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
- Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
- Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Minimum six years demonstrated experience in executing IT software tests and evaluations.
- U.S. Citizenship is a must
- Secret clearance is required
DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business
