CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company is looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to lead CALIBRE’s pricing strategy. This individual will coordinate with leadership to establish overarching pricing policies and procedures for the organization. They will serve as the strategic pricing SME within our Growth Operations division. They will lead strategic pricing efforts on the company’s most strategic bids. They will provide strategic pricing guidance and oversight to company pricers and business intelligence analysts.
Provide pricing strategy and business guidance
Establish corporate pricing strategies and procedures
Interact with Capture Team, Business Development, Contracts and Procurement, and Executive Management to fully understand Level of Effort and pricing requirements
Preform competitive analysis, gather intelligence to inform bid strategy
Develop strategic pricing strategies for the companies most strategic bids
Develop, coordinate, analyze, and prepare price proposals and supporting documentation in accordance with government RFPs and corporate policies
Coordinate and communicate with program teams, proposal managers and experts from various departments as well as senior executives in the development of bid strategies.
Ensure compliance and schedule adherence for price proposals
Identify bid strategy risks and develop mitigation strategies
Summarize the details of the conclusions derived from the competitive analysis; conduct formal briefings to Executive Management; respond effectively to various competitive scenarios and counterpoints during real-time strategy discussions.
