DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are responsible for scheduling your appointments, maintaining your CRM records, and customer follow up to close each sale.
• Leads are not provided as a matter of course; this position is not inbound sales. With that said, as prospective customers call in for inquiries, you will be assigned customer opportunities.
• A fear or hatred of “cold calls” should be a good sign that this is not the opportunity for you.
• You should expect to close over 70% of our prospects, introducing our market innovation is very different from a commodity cold call.
• Your sales meetings will take place on the customer's premises. Local travel is expected. Demonstrations of our machines are extremely valuable.
• Utilize our marketing materials and presentations.
• Demonstrated comfort level in selling to mid-level management and occasional C-suite/business owner is a must.
• Represent our companies at appropriate association meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
• Preparing reports for sales and marketing tracking.
• Learn and utilize our CRM system and other technology. Keep good records.
• Accurate expense reporting

We are looking for sales professionals who can capitalize on our disruptive technology and help us continue our strong growth in the Dallas market. Our exclusive commercial waste compaction machines reduce open top dumpster hauls by up to 70% Our Commercial Sales Manager introduces commercial customers to our services and close new service contracts. You will target and identify our core customers, show them how our machines dramatically reduce their dumpster hauls (and consequently save them 20% or more in costs), and manage the sales process to close. Our customers are in varied industries, including manufacturing, shipping & logistics, oil & gas, and residential and commercial construction, to name a few. Virtually any customer with a dumpster is an eligible candidate for our services. This position pays a base salary and has uncapped commission plus bonus. Target earnings $75,000
