ABOUT THE POSITION

We're looking for an experienced Certified Master Health Coach like you!

You are passionate, driven, and a visionary leader with a track-record of success in transforming people's lives by developing coaching tools and skills that help people make lasting changes in their mindsets and behaviors. We're looking for you to build our best-in-class health and wellness coaching program to take our brands and customers to the next level. You are not a one size fits all health coach, you understand that health and wellness is personal and that each customer is on a unique journey. When you join our team we will heavily lean on your talent. With your talent and our vision we will set the foundation creating better value for our customers and greater health for our communities. In the past you have been able to change lives through 1:1 and group coaching, this role will give you the opportunity to build a system and a team to change hundreds of thousands of lives!

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF…

• Positive psychology is the cornerstone of your coaching method, you are skilled in motivational interviewing, goal setting and have a reputation where your clients have achieved long term success lead by behavior change and lifestyle transformation 
• You have experience developing coaching structures and processes that you can bring to Smashtech to pioneer a method that will merge positive behavior change with in-house digital technology engaging customers through phone, video, chat, SMS, and social media platforms
• You are excited to help develop Smashtech's coaching playbook by defining several coaching workflows, procedures and best practices that will be taught to an in-house health coaching team
• You are ready to recruit, hire, onboard and mentor a team of health coaches by providing extraordinary leadership development, promoting professional growth strategies, and leading the best in class health and wellness digital coaches
• You will evaluate coach performance, coordinate ongoing training, face to face workshops, and constantly innovate ways to keep our in house coaches and customers motivated to continue reaching their wellness goals
• You are enthusiastic to lead by example as a working manager, delivering daily 1:1 coaching sessions with your own set of clients/community members 
• You will work hand in hand with the marketing team to create health and wellness content that will aid member recruitment and current member retention efforts

WHAT YOU BRING AS A MASTER HEALTH COACH 

• Sound coaching knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability and desire to incorporate learning to innovate Smashtech's coaching strategy 
• Strong leadership with a natural ability to motivate and inspire your team to effect positive change, set and achieve personal and professional goals and manage career growth and performance of each team member
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and the desire to bring structure to undefined processes
• Social media and tech savvy, computer skills (G Suite, web-based applications) 
• Passion for our mission: Personal connection and/or track-record of mission-driven work
