WE'RE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING COORDINATOR LIKE YOU!
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Marketing Coordinator that can assist with the execution of marketing programs. This role provides the necessary support for the marketing team, contributing to ideas, developing and proofreading copy, and executing plans across email, SMS, blog, and social.
This Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for keeping a pulse on channel performance, regularly reporting back on set KPIs for all channels.
This person is organized, collaborative, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING COORDINATOR:
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, SMS, social media, affiliates, and blog
- Prepare and evaluate weekly and monthly reporting specific to SMS, Email, Affiliate, and Social
- Manage the scheduling of SMS and Email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, including print materials, blog, SMS, email, and social media
- Identify blog topics and prepare blog outlines using SEO and competitive research and past performance
- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
- Participate and support in photoshoots and video shoots
WHAT MAKES YOU AWESOME:
- 1-3 years in a related role
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with or knowledge of email, SMS, social media, and content marketing
- Attention to detail and ability to grasp the big picture
