JOB DESCRIPTION                                        

As an ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, you are a key player on our Customer Experience team. The Account Manager’s primary goals are to build relationships with, educate, and ultimately monetize our extensive customer database.

We currently support some of the most innovative products for health, beauty, and fitness.

A successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable handling dozens of outbound calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound warm leads
• Educate and upsell current customers on new product offers
• Understand and listen to customer needs and concerns
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven inside sales ability 
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with a CRM or Contact Center Software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

COMPENSATION

We offer exceptionally competitive salaries for our Account Managers with an additional monthly bonus plan based on performance. We also offer an attractive benefits package for core employees and look to fill leadership roles from within.
