SMILES STAFFING has partnered with a successful Dating / Matchmaking Company in Palm Dessert, CA. They are looking for an Inside Sales Rep / Dating Specialist.

THE FOLLOWING ARE DETAILS REGARDING THE POSITION. PLEASE READ THEM THOROUGHLY.

· Our client has been in business for over 25 years.

· This is an Inside Sales position (outbound calling). Membership sales. Profiling and selecting matches.

· One week paid training - $12 per hour.

· Base salary plus commission.

· Base pay is $24.03 per hour once the first sale is achieved. Annualized 50K per year.

· Average first year income: $60,000 - $80,000. Base + Commission + Bonuses.

· Warm and hot leads are provided. No cold calling.

· Scripts are provided.

· Direct hire position. Full time, Monday - Friday in office. Business hours are 9 - 6 PM. No weekends. No travel.

· This is not a remote position.

· This is not a call center environment.

· Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Supplements, 401K, PTO, Holidays.

· You must be comfortable selling expensive memberships.

· Our client is looking for Inside Sales Reps who are energetic, articulate, and positive. Strong closing skills are a must!

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW: Your main responsibility will be to sell memberships to busy singles over the phone. You will use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and discuss the potential clients' needs. You will also talk with them about potential matches, and select matches for your new client based on your interview with them. Our client has a comprehensive training program that will cover all of this and much more.

There are contests with great prizes for those who like a little friendly competition. Perhaps the best benefit of working for our client is the pay. After the training period there is a competitive base of $50,000 a year along with an uncapped commission structure. A successful first year Dating Specialist earns an average of $75,000 per year.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be a Rock Star, you need to be someone who is passionate about helping others find their special someone, and enthusiastic about sharing that passion with others. In addition, you need to be a sales professional with at least two years of phone sales experience, and have experience handling a high volume of outbound calls per day. You should not be one to shy away from objections and should excel at closing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Our client requires two+ years of sales experience; inside sales, business to business sales, real estate sales, insurance sales, membership sales, recruiting, new business development, or experience as an account executive. EXPERIENCE IN THESE AREAS MUST BE RECENT, Retail, food and beverage, customer service, and administrative roles are not applicable.
