We are seeking several highly motivated individuals with strong leadership potential to join our rapidly expanding team at the Smith Agency of SA! Since 1951, AIL has served as the exclusive life benefits provider for our nation's police, firefighters, and other high risk occupations through their unions and associations. As a result, we do not solicit, cold-call, canvass, or even advertise, and we DO NOT pay for leads.

All applicants will be invited to attend a virtual Career Briefing webinar where we will explain A to Z about our company history and our open opportunities available. At the end of the Briefing, all candidates will be asked to submit a Statement of Candidacy letter. If selected to move forward, you will be invited back for a final one-on-one interview, and a formal job offer may be presented at that time.

Entry level typically earn $60,000+ in their first year. Advancement into Leadership positions is possible for any candidates who enroll in the Leadership Career Track. Leadership income typically exceeds a $100,000/year level in 18 months or less.
