You will work closely with our senior partners and associates, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. Responsibilities: • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action • Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys • Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently • Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings • Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff • Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action • Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used in proceedings and contract negotiations • Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys • Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals Qualifications: • Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) • Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base • Successful completion of the bar exam • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school Compensation: $85,000
