    We are seeking an experienced Law and Motion Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Law and Motions Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Law and Motion Attorney with our firm, you will play a crucial role in preparing motions, oppositions, and appellate briefs in the field of nursing home abuse and neglect and corporate malfeasance related to the operation and oversight of facilities charged with protecting one our most vulnerable populations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in motion practice, legal research, and a proven track record of successful outcomes in complex litigation. This role demands a deep understanding of legal procedures and the ability to effectively communicate in writing Responsibilities: Legal Research and Analysis: • Conduct thorough legal research on nursing home abuse and corporate malfeasance related to the operation/management of nursing homes and assisted living facilities; • Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to build compelling legal arguments; • Stay updated on changes in laws and precedents relevant to nursing home abuse litigation. Motion Practice: • Draft, file, and argue motions in state and federal courts; • Prepare and respond to pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs; • Develop persuasive legal briefs and memoranda. Case Strategy and Management: • Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies; • Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned cases, ensuring deadlines are met; • Conduct legal analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases from a legal strategy prospective in light of relevant statutes and case law Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proven success in drafting and winning motions in court. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficient in legal research software and tools. Compensation: $90,000
