    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lien Specialist to join our team. As a Lien Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving all subrogation liens for clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure accurate and timely resolution of all subrogations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze liens to determine their validity and accuracy. • Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and legal professionals to obtain necessary documentation and information for lien resolution. • Calculate lien amounts, including medical expenses, Medicare conditional payments, and reimbursement claims. • Communicate with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies to negotiate and settle liens. • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) laws. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare policies, guidelines, and reimbursement procedures. • Provide guidance and support to clients, attorneys, and internal teams regarding lien resolution strategies and best practices. • Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for lien resolution, including appeals, disputes, and compromise requests. • Keep accurate records and documentation of all lien resolution activities. • Stay informed about changes in Medicare lien regulations and policies. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lien Specialist or similar role. • In-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, policies, and reimbursement processes. • Familiarity with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) laws and regulations. • Strong understanding of medical billing and coding practices. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to interpret legal and medical documents. • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills. • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for lien resolution. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously. • Professionalism, discretion, and strong ethics. Compensation: $65,000 yearly
