Smith Dental Care's Administrative Office is hiring for Scheduling Agents in our Call Center. On Friday 4/9/2021, 9am-3pm, we will be holding open interviews for any applicants interested in the position. We welcome you to come by and please bring a resume with you. We're a fast-growing company with a number of ways to grow within it. We require candidates to have excellent customer service skills, answer phones quickly, schedule appointments, and greet customers in a friendly welcoming manner. We offer 12 hours shifts from 8 am- 8 pm but are flexible with that as well. As a Scheduling Agent, you are often the first experience potential customers have with Smith Dental Care and we value the importance of customer service on the highest level as all calls within our company are directed right to the Call Center first. Employees within our Dental Scheduling Center will be trained on our phone systems, HIPAA guidelines, and software.
This position requires long periods of time sitting in front of a computer
Bilingual candidates a plus
PAY: $9-12/hr
