    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUR FIELD FOREMAN

    In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing construction jobs from start to finish, providing on-time and complete paperwork, reports, and status updates, reading blueprints on Jobsite, maintaining the safety of job sites, coordinating Equipment and Construction Crews, and analyze and resolve any problems that arise.

     

    This role will be in the field 100% of the time. Most projects are in California, although we are also licensed outside of CA. Projects will be in SF, Bakersfield, and surrounding areas, but based in Hesperia.

     

    DESIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIELD FOREMAN

    • 5+ years of Foreman experience in relevant Structural Steel

    • OSHA Certified preferred

    • Background in Shop Drawings and Field Erection Plans

    • Ability to understand Plans/Blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be very detail-oriented, have strong organizational and time management skills

     

    FIELD FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS

    • Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens

    • Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify

    • Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    • Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test
