    Real Estate Paralegal - COORDINATOR

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

    A closing coordinator is responsible for processing purchase and refinance transactions while maintaining positive working relationships with each of our lenders, loan officers, real estate agents, buyers & sellers. This position will acquire, organize and prepare all necessary documents needed to process closing packages and will deliver a complete and accurate closing package to the signing agent. A successful candidate will have the ability to balance their workload to accommodate demands of the job in the fast-paced industry and exceed customer expectations.

    Job Description

    · Prepares Closing Disclosures, Settlement Statements, Title Commitments, Deeds, and various documents for closing

    · Facilitates communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors

    · Inputs data and prepares all documents for buyer and seller to sign at closing

    · Balances closing files

     

    Experience & Skills

    · Experience of at least 1 year as a closing coordinator

    · Experience in Microsoft Office

    · Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment

    · Written and Verbal Communication Skills

    · Ability to multitask and prioritize

    · Excellent Customer service skills

    · High attention to detail and accuracy

    · Able to work independently and as a strong team player
