    Job Title: Part-time/Full-time Social Media Content Creator

    CT Gardens, LLC, you probably know us best as Smithland, with stores in Connecticut and Massachusetts. We are based out of North Branford CT.

    We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator as obsessed as we are with everything garden, lawn care, pets, and backyard farm to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights.

    Job Overview:

    As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing engaging and on-brand content across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality visual and written content that resonates with our followers.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
    2. Create compelling, innovative, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. (this will include travel to our 13 retail locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts regularly)
    3. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules across all social media channels.
    4. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content using analytical tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy and increase engagement.
    5. Support promotional campaigns and product launches with captivating social media content.
    6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media and content marketing.
    7. Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
    8. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our social media reach and engagement.

    **** Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    2. Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
    3. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
    4. Proficiency in content creation tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    7. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve content performance.
    8. A portfolio showcasing previous successful social media campaigns and content creation is highly desirable.
