Job Types: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month Schedule: • Day shift • Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: • Austin, TX 78704: Relocate before starting work (Required) Responsibilities: • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Purchase office equipment when appropriate • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services • Improve skill sets through employee development programs • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Laurel Seymour, including arranging meetings, organizing electronic files and systems, and handling correspondence with other real estate professionals and clients. • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating special projects and events, both within the company and the local community. • Remote Tasks: Execute specific tasks remotely, which may include data entry, document preparation, and research. • Office Support: Collaborate with our team at our office location as needed, providing support in various administrative tasks. Qualifications: • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in tech management platforms and ability to continue learning new AI tech tools. • Ability to work independently and remotely when required. • A passion for learning and growth. • Prior administrative or executive support experience is a plus but not required. • Texas real estate license is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $30,000 - $48,000 yearly
