Smooth Closing is hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to nurture and close both cold and warm leads, using all types of investment strategies, including wholesaling, fix, and flips, and adding to our existing rental portfolio. We are looking for highly motivated, high-achieving sales leaders who thrive in a competitive, commission-based atmosphere. While you can work from home and make your own hours, this is not a "9 to 5" job. You will learn how to become a master of real estate sales and investing, and that opportunity will change your life. You will be contacting a high volume of cold and warm leads on a daily basis, nurturing those leads, and eventually closing them over the phone or on in-person appointments to get signed contracts. While the job is remote, you will go on in-home appointments with Sellers in the Austin-Metro area (within a 45-minute drive) several times per week, so you must enjoy talking with people and connecting with them on a personal level to become successful. Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Contacting a high number of cold and warm leads on a daily basis • Inputting all information from follow-up calls into our existing CRM • Managing, nurturing, and converting those leads. • Getting signed contracts, either over the phone or by running in-home sales appointments • Analyzing properties and checking comps to formulate an offer price • Structuring offers that fit into our business model • Closing real estate transactions • Providing feedback on how to improve and optimize our sales process Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Real Estate Acquisitions/Sales: 2 years (Preferred) • Outbound Sales: 2 years (Required) • Lead Management: 3 years (Preferred) Compensation: $90,000+ At Plan
