    Position Summary

    Smoothwall, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying and driving new sales opportunities to build our business.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and developing relationships with prospective customers
    • Responsible for the generation of cold and warm leads based on territory
    • Make a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls a day to set appointments
    • Schedule webinars and set reminders and follow-ups for Regional Sales Executives
    • Prospect, research, and identify new potential customers
    • Develop product knowledge, sales pitch techniques, and telephone rapport as required
    • Responsible for keeping prospect records and contact lists accurate and up to date

    Qualifications

    • Ability to self-direct to achieve targets
    • Time-management skills are essential
    • Excellent customer, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal, literacy, numeracy)
    • Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiatives with creative ability to solve problems
    • Confident communicator with excellent spoken rapport
    • Driven, highly motivated to succeed

    Desirable Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not required)
    • CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) experience
    • Software/Hardware sales experience

    • Able to work in a high-pressure environment and meet/exceed stretch targets

    • Salary: Competitive base pay with bonus based directly on performance
