Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Cook to join the team at our bowling center snack bar. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing orders for our customers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and doing prep work. Our menu includes items such as fries, burgers, pizza, cheesesteaks, wraps, and more. The ideal candidate is hard working, experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for our customers. Shifts are within the following timeframes: 6pm-12am on Friday, 12pm-12am on Saturday and 12pm-10pm on Sunday. You must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday and have reliable transportation to and from work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
Follow all food safety regulations
Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure
Excellent time management skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
