    Snap Fitness is seeking a fitness career motivated, energetic team member to handle Sales and Engagement Coordinator. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, a fun upbeat attitude, and be able to work 15-30 hours per week between our two clubs with the potential to become full time. The Sales and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance indicators, including selling memberships and personal training, membership renewals, handling retail, and maximizing the client's fitness experience.Job Duties

    Proactively work to gain leads and sales for membership and personal training.

    Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.

    Handle sales of club memberships, personal training and nutrition programs with integrity and enthusiasm.

    Understand the sales process, and already have experience selling products and services.

    Answering and returning phone calls from customers and prospects.

    Responding to customer service phone calls and emails.

    Greeting Clients.

    Filing.

    Cleaning the clubs.

    Maintains an effective referral program through our Snap Fitness prospect and sales system.

    Maintains accurate records using established sales systems.

    Leads studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.

    Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the SNAP FITNESS 24/7 club.

    Accurately follows the daily cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ).

    Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.

    Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.

    Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective and current members

    Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.

    Proper onboarding all SNAP FITNESS 24/7 members through the use of specific questionnaires and forms.

    Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.

    Responsible for attending and participating in monthly meetings focused on sales training and future promotions.

    Must be flexible in our fast paced environment, keep your cool when handling member complaints and have high integrity with our members, team and management.

    Work with other team members and work independently and continue to maintain completion of job duties.

    We are an owner run and operated franchise and it takes our entire team working closely together to make sure we run smoothly so our members have an amazing experience in our club.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    These are the skills you must already have in order to qualify for this position:

    Be outgoing, comfortable talking to strangers and developing relationships with our members and prospects.

    Be someone dedicated to serving others. We are here to help our members feel supported so they can achieve their health and wellness goals, your job would be to go over and above to help them feel that support.

    Great Phone Personality/Etiquette: you will be talking with our customers, prospective customers, who are VERY important to us. You must be comfortable conversing on the phone, in person and through e-mail. You must know how to conduct yourself professionally, take clear messages and deliver clear instructions to the prospect or client. We’ll teach you everything you need to say and do, but we can’t teach you manners and professionalism.

    Thoughtfulness and Organization: You need to be able to think for yourself and be organized. We are very serious about this one. We don't want a robot, we want someone who learns and grows with us.

    You must be interested in a career in Fitness. Whether it's office management, becoming a personal trainer, or becoming our lead sales associate, it must be centered on growing in the Fitness industry.

    Sales experience-you MUST have sales experience, minimum 1 year and you had success with selling. You helped persuade customers to purchase products or services from your employer, you understand the psychology of purchasing and you are genuinely eager to help people by connecting them with products and services that fit their needs.

    Email: You need to be very comfortable and proficient with email using proper grammar, not using slang and responding and conversing professionally.

    Solid verbal and written communication skills required.

    Microsoft Word: You must be very comfortable using Word.

    Microsoft Excel: You must have basic Excel skills - we don’t do anything advanced with this software

    Excellent customer service skills.

    Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties.

    Must have worked in a quota bearing structure, meaning, we set goals, you strive to reach them and/or do even better than the goal.

    Health & Fitness minded career track. You want to be a gym manager or personal trainer, that is the career you want.

    High school diploma required, college preferred.

    Ability to solve problems creatively and independently

    Available 15-20 hours per week, mostly afternoons, some Saturday mornings. Potential to increase hours in future. Availability to move into management of one or both of the clubs, potential opportunities in the future.
