    Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Membership & Sales Coordinator to join our team. We pride ourselves that our members LOVE coming to our clubs, they feel like they are part of the team and they choose us over our competitors because of that.

    The right candidate will have a passion for fitness and be interested in a fitness career. You must have a desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. The Membership & Sales Coordinator is the front desk person handling member needs, potential member sales and keeps the club looking spotless. You will be selling personal training & nutrition programming, as well as memberships, Your job is to maximize the client's fitness experience from the moment they walk in the door.

    Job Duties

    We train you to do everything expected, what you bring to the table needs to be motivation, loyalty, integrity and professionalism.

    Proactively work to gain leads and sales for membership and personal training.

    Maintains accurate records using established sales systems.

    Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.

    Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive entrance into the SNAP FITNESS 24/7 club.

    Accurately follows the daily cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ).

    Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.

    Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.

    Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective and current members

    Responds to member requests, inquiries and concerns.

    Proper onboarding all SNAP FITNESS 24/7 members through the use of specific questionnaires and forms.

    Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.

    Responsible for attending and participating in monthly meetings focused on sales training and future promotions.

    Must be flexible in our fast paced environment, keep your cool when handling member complaints and have high integrity with our team and management.

    Work with other team members and work independently to maintain completion of job duties.

    We are an owner run and operated franchise and it takes our entire team working closely together to make sure we run smoothly so our members have an amazing experience in our club.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    Excellent customer service skills.

    Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills.

    Solid verbal and written communication skills required.

    Ability to multi-task

    Ability to speak to people in person and on the phone

    Functional computer skills required – Excel is a plus

    Health & Fitness minded career track

    High school diploma required.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed

    Ability to solve problems creatively and independently

    Must be able to function as a team member, and independently, with consistent results and maintain high integrity.
