Job Description: Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Member Specialist to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. Provide excellent service by warmly greeting members and guests upon arrival, selling memberships, answering phone calls, and setting appointments.
Provide guided tours of facility to all potential members and guests.
Be available as needed to assist members.
Become familiar and effectively communicate all current and future Snap Fitness promotions and polices.
Enter membership sales and sales leads using Snap Fitness computer systems.
Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Assist in light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing fitness equipment.
Participate in Snap Fitness sponsored events.
Meet and exceed goals set by management.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and basic exercise science welcome.
Ability to effectively communicate with members and guests both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Teachable and personable; team player.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants welcomed.
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Previous sales experience is a plus
