International Franchise Business Manager Snap Fitness and 9Round
Lift Brands/Snap Fitness seeks an International Franchise Business Manager to support its growing international business.
Lift Brands operates and franchises Snap Fitness® clubs in 20 countries around the world through four regional corporate offices and master franchise relationships. The company also has a growing number of international franchised locations operated through its relationship with 9Round Franchising.

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with international master franchisees through superior communication, alignment of objectives and creating a relationship of trust
Maintain and consistently improve franchisor systems and processes needed to aggressively develop and fully support international franchising operations.
Provide support services for market/country planning and start-ups, new program testing and launch, promotions, and policy and procedure implementation across international franchise locations to help drive the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives
Provide project management for various operational support projects (i.e. club audits, internal communication and new program launch)
Maintain and improve club and country-level reporting
Provide regular reports on projects to maintain progress, resolve issues and keep stakeholders aligned and informed
Develop consensus with cross-departmental teams to ensure objectives are achieved
Conduct market and industry research to assist with development and operations
Other projects as needed to support the company’s business objectives
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, international business, or another related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: franchise operations, fitness or leisure, multi-unit retail, international business
Experience living or working in international areas or cultures
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Strong communication and collaborative skills with all levels of the organization
Self-starter and self-sufficient
Advanced computer skills required to prepare reports, presentations, analysis and various correspondence.
Analytical ability to interpret data and create insights for new ideas
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment for a successful, growing company with very high quality expectations
