Regional Director for Fitness Industry Lift Brands Inc
Lift Brands, Inc. the parent company to Snap Fitness, a worldwide franchisor of fast, convenient and affordable fitness centers, is seeking a Regional Director.
The Regional Director will assist approximately 150-200 Franchisees across a designated region. They are responsible for the leadership, management, top-line sales growth and achievement of operational excellence in his/her region. The main focus is to increase location revenues and earnings by providing a wide range of consulting and management/employee development services. The Regional Manager works closely with the Franchisees to develop and facilitate strategic initiatives for their sales growth and profitability. The Regional Director is expected to provide service in a manner aligned with the goals of the company and the franchise community, ensuring consistency through education and guidance on operational issues.
Essential Functions:
Lead efforts to grow top-line sales through focusing on same-store sales increases, through training and coaching franchisees on business model, brand awareness, sales, marketing and operational procedures and other similar actions for an assigned region.
Conduct and document store visits via audits with the purpose of ensuring contract compliance including but not limited to ……..
Investigate non-compliance issues.
Monitor operational standards and report unacceptable performance to Franchisees as well as corporate staff if necessary. Provide written follow-up.
Communicate local and corporate office policies to franchisee.
Conduct research on competitor’s development and trends. Stay updated on latest business trends
Survey, review as well as evaluate market trends, competition, customer needs and comments to be proactive as well as adapt with business intelligence.
Perform at high energy and effectiveness when working out in the field.
Assist the Pre-sale team with new store openings in your region and identifying future site/locations with Real Estate team.
Determine pre-opening, opening and ongoing operational needs for franchisees and provide related training, follow-up and general assistance.
Consult with Franchisee and management team, either alone or with Service Team members; to determine needs of Franchisee by market and establish action plans to assist Franchisees in meeting growth potential. Provide written confirmation of recommendations after each visit.
Compile evaluate and present data for monthly reporting, strategic sales plan, sales and marketing budget, annual goals, forecasts and various reports as needed.
Forecast on budget relating to business levels, financials and personnel needs, organizational plan and facility requirements on time
Train and mentor franchisees and staff in designated area on all aspects of business, including but not limited to; sales, marketing, operations and programming
Review on performance, hold regional meetings and mentor staff
Attend departmental and area meetings to share business ideas and project information
Organize weekly/monthly meetings to discuss business updates and issues
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
5 years of relevant industry experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Skills:
Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office
