    •Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.•Club Management - Lead by example and motivate team members to bring their best every day. Review daily performance reports and create strategy plan for team to accomplish. Complete daily walk throughs to determine areas for improvement. •Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results. Review all online reviews to make sure we are accomplishing the brand awareness standards. Provide communication/ resolution to all customer inquiries within 24hours. •Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged. Complete your SOS (Standard Operating Schedule) for all team members to ensure proper engagement with members. Complete daily audits on club appts and Roadmap appts to ensure contact goals are being met•Marketing Outreach - Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships. Manage all marketing channels to ensure proper lead development. Establish marketing budget/ spend to ensure cost in alignment with results. •Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility’s equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards. Complete daily, monthly, quarterly, and a yearly corporate audit on club. Ensure all standards are being met and exceed domestic expectation.

    Strong communication skills• Ability to manage and motivate team members• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life• Desire for longevity• Previous sales experience is a plus• Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor!• Must be very coachable• Must be able to instruct others on the Snap Fitness training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals
