    Primary purpose of this position is to oversee and support the supply chain software platforms used by both our internal corporate team, as well as our external club owners and managers. Also to assist in the overall global distribution operations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    Provide systems support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Magento e-comm software, and other misc. applications.

    Resolve any order billing and credit issues.

    Provide training and assistance for both corporate and club employees, as well as our 3PL partners.

    Oversee process and SOP documentation.

    Manage the customer service process, including global club support.

    Analyze internal and external reports and data and provide recommended process improvements.

    Purchase Order and Sales Order maintenance.

    Troubleshoot issues as they arise.

    Assist and support Lift Brands global distribution operations.

    Support the international distribution strategy.

    Actively seek out cost savings/efficiencies improvements for supply chain opportunities.

    Continuously work towards supply chain optimization.

    Ensure that all customer orders are processed to meet the companies' business goals.

    Act as a liaison between Supply Chain and all inter-company departments.

    Monitor all KPI’s and metrics against stated goals.

    Manage the reporting and interpret the data from Carrier reports.

    Coordinate inventory control and cycle count functions.

    Analyze the financial impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.

    Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales,

    order management, accounting, or shipping.

    Perform freight and logistics analysis.

    Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution or at least five years of prior experience in the key areas listed above, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Strong technical abilities working with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV required. Past experience with e-commerce software required. International business background and experience preferred.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journal, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, and regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

    Math Ability:

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    Computer Skills:

    Basic Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Past experience in ERP systems preferred.

    Certificates and Licenses:

    No certifications required for the position. Preferred certifications are Forklift Certification, and valid Driver's License
