    Quad City Performance is a personal training company that contracts our management and coaches to existing fitness facilities. We are also the Official Trainers of the Miss Iowa Scholarship Program.

    Currently, we are working with Snap Fitness. Snap Fitness is the fastest growing health club franchise in the country with over 2,000 locations worldwide.

    We have a very systematic, original approach to training and the way we get our clients results. We seek a qualified, motivated and personable individual to join our unique team at our LeClaire location. We are very committed to the success and ongoing development of our trainers. Be warned, our professional standards are thorough and high, but so are the rewards! We love trainers who are on top of their game and will move heaven and earth to give those who work with us access to the very best personal training environment and support possible.This is a position that would suit a trainer with 6 months of Personal Training. Education is important, however, real world results hold more weight and you must "practice what you preach" to be able to produce consistent body composition results for your clients. Positive weight will be given to those with a degree in Exercise Science/ Biomechanics/ Kinesiology (or similar field), ACE, ACSM, NSCA-CPT, CSCS, NASM or PICP certifications.You must be confident in your abilities, as you will need to be able to stand next to some of the best personal trainers in the industry and seem credible and comparable. Ability to work nights and early mornings is a must. Candidates must be friendly, have drive, be ambitious, outgoing and modest. A basic knowledge of word, excel and the internet is needed. We will develop you completely for this position including, but not limited to: how to perform an assessment, how to prescribe exercise, how to properly teach technique, how to improve mobility and imbalances of clients, how to plan and design programs, how to get your clients results, etc. This position will start off part-time at about 20 hours per week, but has the potential to become full-time quickly based on drive to get client's results and ability to sign on new clients. Sales bonuses included in compensation. Our compensation is very competitive! Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 5a to 10a and/ or 4p to 7p.
