Immediate opening for an FP&A, Accounting Operations Specialist in Irvine CA who possesses:

• 2-3 years marketing experience, preferably in medical device or ophthalmology.
• minimum of BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, or related degree.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops online strategy that ensures strong presence on social media sites such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

• •Participates in the development of the downstream marketing strategic plan.

• Assists in the development of sales tools, product collateral, trade show execution and the timely implementation of our tactics Works closely with internal teams for approval of marketing assets Tracks marketing spend Partners closely with sales to ensure timely requests are being addressed Monitors competitor's marketing activities.

• Works closely with our advertising agency

• Experience in communications and social media within corporate or agency roles a plus Strong project management/organization skills.

• Website and social media management experience.

• •Able to handle multiple projects and drive each to completion.

• Able to travel 10-20% (domestic)
