Master Planner (Santa Ana, CA $21.50 - $29/hr)

Immediate need for an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS HIRING for a Master Planner in Santa Ana, CA who possess:

• 3 + years working in a manufacturing environment.

• Extremely organized personality, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

• Fast-paced daily priority setting capability.

• Availability for flexible working hours; 8 am-5 pm and or potentially work weekends and or 2nd shift as business requires

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a daily planning and reporting process across the 2 production facilities to ensure 1-3 day lead times for min 80% of the domestic orders.

• Setting up backlog reports to define priorities and effectively reduce any overdue amounts.

• Conducting daily and weekly planning meetings to update all departments of current production and changes to plan.

• Determining manpower and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

• Supporting Supply Chain Analyst and Procurement in developing raw material plans, economic order quantities, safety stocks, and reorder points.

• Advising on production schedules and need for over-time.

• Monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time.

• Central coordinator between operations and sales to ensure correct priorities are set and potential impact is clear across the teams.
