    Our client is a leading supplier of fiber optic and copper assemblies for voice, data, and video in the United States. They have provided connectivity solutions for international, national, and regional distributors for decades. Providing private label assemblies and contract labor to some of the largest OEM’s in the industry. They maintain both off the shelf and custom solutions for most connectivity requirements. The Engineering Manager is responsible for all engineering activities. These Include Product/process engineering, quality, project management, IT, EH and S, Lean Manufacturing, facilities, and business continuity.

    Immediate Opening for a Product Manager, Santa Ana, CA who can:

    • Translation & coordination of specific client requirements into processes compatible with (Sage) and CommScope (SAP) ERP systems and organizations.
    • Creation, reporting and follow-up of customer dashboards including KPI and SLA agreements.
    • Assessment and continuous improvement of the clients supply chain to drive down cost and improve operating margins on a global basis.
    • Coordinate with a global support team to ensure customer requirements are met in 14 countries with SLAS, product development, pricing, reporting, ect. (additional countries may be added).
    • Manage the process flow of customer purchase orders to ensure material is delivered on time to meet stringent SLAs
    • Work collaboratively with the purchasing department & contract manufactures to ensure purchase orders are processed & delivered in a timely manner & ensure enough inventory is held in stock to meet customer requirements.
    • Provide purchasing department sales forecasting, where applicable
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
    • Assist the international sales department with any existing or new customer requirements to meet sales objectives
    • Communicate customer feedback to management & internal departments to address customers’ concerns or new requirements
    • Accountable for meeting specific customer SLA terms.
    • Occasional international travel required (< 15%)
