Immediate Opening for a Warehouse Specialist in Irvine, CA who possesses:

• 1-2+ years of warehouse experience in a medical device environment.
• High school degree or equivelant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order fulfillment for commercial finished goods--pick, pack, ship

• Fulfill requests for demo devices, training kits, wetlabs, and tradeshows

• Support inventory control, Kanban requirements, monitor store room stocking levels

• Kit work orders for manufacturing

• Perform receiving pre-inspection before QA to ensure complete documentation

• Update inventory status board daily

• Develop a storage plan for incoming materials—raw materials

• Utilize ERP in daily responsibilities

• Accurately track shipments from pickup to delivery—domestic and international

• Prepare sterilization load paperwork, including labeling, coordinate pick up and track outbound and inbound status of load and LALs

• Interface with carriers and field reps as necessary
