In this role, you’re working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. This is a critical role on our team where the Mechanical Application Engineer must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. In fact, the current CEO actually started in this same role 15 years ago and now runs the company!

Immediate opening for an Mechanical Applications Engineer in Orange County who possesses:

• Strong Mechanical Design Experience(3D Drawings) they use CREO and WindChill, but Solidworks is good for them and they'll sign you up for CREO training and pay for it

• Ability to work with parts that move, kinetic mechanics, not just static parts/pieces - Think Rails, Slides, Locks, actuators, etc.

• Ability to think through and troubleshoot design issues(in manufacturing and design stages)

• Someone who is familiar with Military/Commercial Aerospace compliance/regulations - Design Controls, Change Documentation

• Really great personality, want to grow, humble, work hard and want more than the job you're in today

Preferred:

• Sales Support / Customer Interface experience

• Proven Project Management skills

• Application Programming Experience

• Bilingual, English/Spanish
